Determination of gap in the clouds in day conditions for increasing the performance of satellite laser ranging stations

The report contains a description of the developed algorithm of cloud breaks in daytime conditions for improve the performance of satellite laser ranging (SLR) stations. The proposed algorithm is adaptive and contains settings for speed control. Applied capabilities of the algorithm are tested on experimental data obtained from laser stations of satellite laser ranging.
