The paper presents a complex for determining the measurement error of image pattern correlation technique developed and realized by the author. The complex makes it possible to determine the measurement error of deformations with an amplitude of 20 mm on a surface area of 380×380 mm2 with a resolution of 0.5 mm horizontally and vertically and 0.001 mm in height and an error of not more than 0.075 mm. The algorithm of the complex operation and the results of its measurements are presented.
