The short review of optical flow investigations at the Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute of National Academy of Science during the last 50 years are given. Modern possibilities of multiwavelength digital laser speckle and Talbot interferometry of turbulent flows with the usage of Erbeck-Merzkirch integral transforms as well as the tomographic reconstruction of 3d-flows with the use of Radon integral transform have been analyzed.
