Research the polarization characteristics of 3D-interferometer
In review the modern optical wave front analysis techniques. We study the 3D interferometer technique to be achromatic in a wide spectral range aiming for the express analysis of a wave front quality. Polarizing calculation of 3D interferometer is given.
