The analysis of possibility of use of an optical method for high-precision measurement of parameters of fast-variable shift of the optical tag, which is put on the standard tuning fork, is carried out. The preliminary mathematical model of information signal processing is developed and the measuring scheme prototyping is carried out. The estimations of sensitivity and method errors are found.
