In the current paper development, optimization and application of the measuring system de-signed to perform PIV measurements at TSNIImash supersonic wind tunnels is discussed. Key fea-tures of the medium- and large-scale supersonic wind tunnels are considered, experimental tech-niques and results of the tests performed using the automated measuring system are presented.
