Laser doppler vibrometer optimization

The report solve the problem of whether, and if so, how to reduce the influence of the speckle effect on the amplitude of the output signal and the signal-to-noise laser Doppler vibrome-ter. Experimental results shown that the problem can be solved by increasing the number of photo-detectors for the corresponding phasing before summing received electrical signals.
