Anthropogenic pollution of soil has a considerable influence on the condition of vegetable systems. There are known ways of soils’ fertility restoration with the application of natural sorbates. Experiments with various sorbates and kinds of plants have been made. The optical methods that allow to optimally solve the research problem of vegetable objects’ condition as heterogeneous multicomponent systems are examined.
