The proceedings of the conference will be published as an electronic collection of articles in Russian or English and indexed in the RSCI.

The articles recommended by the programme committee are planned to be published as expanded versions of articles in scientific journals "Journal of Optical Technology", "Scientific Visualization", “Light & Engineering”, "Optoelectronics, Instrumentation and Data Processing" and "Physical Bases of Instrumentation", included in the VAK list and indexed in SCOPUS and/or Web of Science.

Original research articles which have not been published before and which fulfil the following criteria will be accepted for the conference:

• the relevance of the problem under consideration
• the novelty of the research
• the prospects for the practical application of the work results

One person may not co-author more than four (4) papers. The number of co-authors of one report (paper) cannot exceed 7 (seven) persons. Exceptions can be made only in case of prior agreement with the Organizing Committee of the conference. All necessary materials for publication of the articles in the Proceedings of the conferences should be submitted in due time.

All articles submitted by authors to the Proceedings of the conference will undergo a blind review procedure and may be checked for plagiarism. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject papers that do not meet the above criteria, or that are not prepared in accordance with the established templates, or that are submitted later than the deadlines indicated on the conference website at any stage of the preparation and running of the conference and the conference proceedings.
