This work is about the analysis of errors in correlation and cepstral algorithms of signal processing by using the optical electronic method of estimating the relative deformation of objects with a high-speed video camera. The research of the potential accuracy of the estimation of the relative deformation of the model of the reference grid, numerical simulation and investigation of the influence of the signal and noise parameters on the accuracy of the measurements was made. The comparison of the lower limit of the mean square deviation (MSD) of the errors of effective estimates relative strain with errors obtained as a result of numerical simulation of signal processing algorithms for the optical electronic measuring system was performed.
