Application of parameters that describe the transforming of a beam to determine the cross sections of nonspherical particles

Presents two investigation program of processing sections of the particles from their images using the unnormalized moments. Methodological program of effective recovery is based on the relationship between the unnormalized moments of the first and second order with the transmission coefficient and the angular size of the halo from the forward scattering respectively. This program has future in Metrology, as this relationship is determined by calibration. The unnormalized moments up to fourth order allow to restore the parameters for the distribution of cross-sections, using the lognormal distribution in the methodological program of full recovery.
