Signal processing techniques review in lidar and laser doppler anemometer

This paper presents a comparative review of the conventional signal processing methods in laser anemometer and lidar. These methods are divided into the following groups: treatment in the time domain, frequency domain processing, correlation processing, the maximum likelihood method. The main characteristics are marked with their advantages and disadvantages.
