Diagnosis of vessels on mikroanemometry PIV

Blood flow in the microcirculation is characterized mainly by the flow of red blood cells (erythrocytes), which may be normal or abnormal. Despite the large number of studies of microcirculation, there is no detailed experimental danyh of flow velocity profiles, the deformability or aggregation in microvessels. Currently, the study of various streams in the liquid becoming more common methods mikroPIV. The method of PIV - optical method for measuring velocity fields of fluid in a selected section of the flow. The main advantages of this method are: non-contact, the ability to measure the instantaneous velocity distribution, a wide range of measured velocities.
