The application of non-invasive spectroscopy methods for determining the efficacy of stress-protectors

Using the spectroscopic technique of attenuated total refraction (ATP) of polarized light in IR-region we study the influence of microbial membranotropic autoregulatory factors (alkylhydroxybenzenes) on conformational changes of peptide biopolymers, which are essential for in vivo melanosome movement in the melanophores of Anura larvae. We showed the possibility of localization of alkylhydroxybenzenes in melanophores based on the specific absorption bands obtained after the layer-wise analysis.
