Mefsurevent of a rotating rim movement stability

Rotating disk movement stability for laser speed measuring instruments certification is carried out by optical methods. It is shown, that the investigated test device has relative instability of speed less than 0,0015 %. The averaging time is 10 turns period of test disk. Time dynamics and a spectrum of low-frequency cycle time rim pulsations are resulted in bandwidth 1÷ 10-2 Hz. It allows revealing a principal cause of test disk speed instability.
